Rolling Smoke BBQ started its roots as a food truck in March of 2014.

In July of 2017 we opened our first brick & mortar in the Stanley Marketplace.

In February 2018 we opened our second location at University & Dry Creek.

We couldn't be more excited to be part of these neighborhoods and provide the best BBQ in Denver to our local
friends and neighbors. ​

TERRY W. - Founder

Founder Terry Walsh has been making BBQ in his backyard for years, and after many years of praise for his delicious smoked meats, he decided to share his love of BBQ and open up a food truck for all of Colorado to enjoy.

His Oklahoma roots and passion for good BBQ have led him on a personal quest for slow-smoked perfection. Over the years he has mastered the technique of just the right amount of wood and smoke, and just the right amount of seasoning to bring you the finest BBQ you have ever had in your mouth.

WADE W. - Partner / General Manager

Originally from Daphne, AL, Wade was drawn to the restaurant industry beginning with his first job at the age of 16. After working his way up the ladder, he realized his love for being in management, front of the house, and back of the house roles within
the restaurant.

Five years after moving to Colorado, Wade was presented with the opportunity to return to the restaurant industry. Being from the South, he has always had a special place in his taste buds for BBQ and southern food and jumped at the chance to be a part of Rolling Smoke BBQ family.
